The Mind-Boggling Power Of Stored Energy

You, yes y-o-u, were born with a power that you probably never dreamed that you possess. It is the consciousness of the Kingdom of God within you. From this comes your God-given ability to utilize that energy to co-create, with your Creator as your constant guide. You were given this ability in order to be a living, breathing demonstration of the power of the Living God.

In science, the first law of thermodynamics states that energy can neither be created nor destroyed, it can only be transferred or transformed from one state to another. You were created by Original Source in order to transform your life energy into manifestations of the I AM. You were given free will to transform the energy in any way you choose because for the universe to continue its growth, it must come forth from sovereign beings, not puppets.

You have the same energy within you that is found in an atomic bomb. A nuclear bomb, unfortunately for mankind, represents energy that is to be used for killing and destroying. It harnesses the energy forces that hold the nucleus of a single atom together. The stored energy is released when the particles of the atom’s nucleus are either split apart or merged. There are two ways that nuclear energy can be released from an atom, nuclear fission or nuclear fusion. In nuclear fission, the nucleus of an atom is split into two smaller fragments by a neutron. In nuclear fusion, two smaller atoms are merged together to form a larger one. This is how the sun produces energy. While nuclear bombs use stored energy to destroy, you have the amazing ability, through imaginal creative manifestation, to create beautiful things using that same stored energy.

Different Strokes For Different Folks

The more research that I do, the more manifesting methods and techniques I come across. Why have so many different techniques for manifesting? There are about eight billion people in the world today. Each person is unique and has their own unique personality. What might appeal to one may not appeal to another. Beef and chicken are both highly consumed meats, but some people just prefer beef while others prefer chicken. One type of technique may not inspire much interest in a particular person while another technique may literally light up that same person’s imagination. The techniques that I present to you all work successfully. What activates the success in all of them is your belief in them. Do you feel that the end result that you desire is already yours as strongly as you feel the nose on your face is yours. Therein lies the heart of manifesting your reality.

A particular manifesting technique may sound to you like the stupidest thing on God’s green earth but if it gets the person that uses it to the mood of the wish fulfilled and its accompanying feeling, then that would obviously make it a valid technique. As the old saying goes, “the proof is in the pudding”. Manifesting is not begging. You can get on your knees and beg God all day long and you would get nowhere. It gets people all over the world who do it nowhere. God has already provided you the way out of any and all trouble. You are expected to do your part in the manifesting process. Believe, with gratitude, that you have received. Faith is the assurance of the unseen.

Choose whatever technique that you enjoy the most, that you feel the most proficient using. What matters with all the various techniques is that they create the feeling within you that what you desire is in fact already yours. Yes, there is that time factor that you have to deal with in this dimension, but in a realm you cannot see, your order, so to speak, has already been fulfilled. Let’s stop for a minute at that point. You are walking on clouds, feeling on top of the world, experiencing inner joy. That is what turns on the universal, thermonuclear magnet within you. The magnet says, “Damn, this guy is radiating some heavy duty gratitude and joy. I better start drawing some good stuff to him.” Then, you keep it switched on. It will be like that old Bugs Bunny cartoon where Yosemite Sam has Bugs cornered and is about to shoot him. Out of nowhere (remember it’s a cartoon) Bugs pulls out a huge magnet and points it at Sam. The magnet is so strong that it pulls the bullets out of Sam’s guns (yeah I know lead is not attracted to magnets – hey, it’s a cartoon), then it pulls Sam’s guns, then it pulls a knife Sam was going to throw at Bugs, then Sam’s belt buckle (his pants fall down), then the horseshoes from Sam’s horse (which of course all hit Sam in the head on their way to the magnet). It’s like a magic magnet that nothing can resist. That is what happens when you bring forth out of the Kingdom of God within you, the true feeling of your desire fulfilled, and sustain it.

Let’s take another example of you walking into a store and purchasing a lottery ticket. The next day you discover that you have won a substantial amount of money. How you would feel? You would probably be walking around with a smile from ear to ear. You would be thinking how can you express thanksgiving for this good fortune. Why? Because you have checked the ticket six times and you are sure that you have the winning ticket. You did it. As Mr. Wonka would say, “You’ve won, Charlie”! That’s the feeling that you’re shooting for. If it’s money you wish to manifest, your imaginal act does not have to visualize where the money came from. Your imaginal act is simply your feeling that you now have the funds to cover your needs. These funds could literally come from anywhere. God will handle the details.

What throws off a lot of people when manifesting is the time factor. They may say, “OK, I can feel that feeling but I can’t hold it indefinitely when the debt collector is calling six to eight times a day. That’s alright. When you go to sleep tonight, to hell with the debt collectors, they can’t call past 9 pm. Instead of lying there with your eyes open fretting over the quagmire you’re in, create our own little imaginal world where all your money worries are over. Feel it as your true reality and then fall asleep in that state.

I was walking to my car in the parking lot of the CVS drugstore recently. It was a warm day and many people in their cars had their car windows open. As I walked past one car, I heard a man talking on his phone, “Look I told you people that I just don’t have the money right now. Why don’t you leave me alone?” It is in situations like that where you simply have to find a way to switch off the feeling of “don’t got it” and substitute it with a created reality of “you got it”. It takes commitment to your chosen process. It takes discipline. It takes laser focus. It takes faith. It is difficult but if you can consistently convince your subconscious through your awareness of being, a way will be found out of the mess. As the lyrics to the song, “Testify” say, “Be still. Stand in love. Pay attention.”

The Gettysburg Address Method

In this technique, you are going to construct your own 271 word “Gettysburg Address” that you are going to present verbally to an assembled group of interested people. “What?!!” you say, “No way. I’m not good at public speaking and besides I don’t have the voice or the flair for it!” OK, calm down. The assembled group of people is going to be from your imagination. When you give your speech, you will be totally by yourself. Nobody will see you. Nobody will judge you. Nobody will hear you – except for the group that you have brought together from your imagination.

The Gettysburg Address is a 271 word speech that President Abraham Lincoln delivered during the Civil War in 1863, four and a half months after the Union army victory over the Confederate army at Gettysburg. It took place at the dedication of the National Cemetery where those killed in battle were interred. Ironically, the main speaker before President Lincoln gave a two hour long speech while Lincoln’s speech took less than ten minutes. Starting with the famous phrase, “Four score and seven years ago”, it is perhaps the best known speech in American history.

You can imagine a group of ten people in a living room, or a group of a hundred in a motel meeting room, or a group of a thousand in an auditorium. The speech will only be heard by the group that your imagination has assembled and, if done correctly, also by your subconscious.

It is essential that you give your speech when nobody else is around so that you have no distractions or interruptions to the flow of your speech. Comments from the peanut gallery can be fatal to your proposed manifestation. If this just is not possible at your residence, then get in the car and drive to a place where it is possible. If you have no car, put on one of those phone earpiece things on one of your ears and do it as you take a walk. With the prevalence of those earpiece things, the sight of someone talking to themselves is now a commonplace occurrence. Where there is a true will on your part to give this technique a whirl, you’ll figure out the best way.

As for the speech itself, the words you choose are important but how you feel while giving it is in fact “the secret sauce”. When writing the 271 words, take your time and think it over. You may start out by thanking everyone for coming to hear what you have to say. Then launch right into it. Explain that you had a strong desire to manifest your reality by creating the fulfillment of: here state whatever your desire fulfilled is. You fully surrendered yourself to the process. You created your own very personal “Gettysburg Address” and explain how you then believed that your wish was fulfilled. You put your faith in the assurance of the unseen. You actually felt the relief and joy that it actually came together for you. You are so thankful that you simply had to speak to this group today so that those of you in this assembled group can also use this technique if they want, to create fulfillment of their own hopes and dreams.

Take your time putting your speech together. Choose your words carefully. Make all the different words and phrases meaningful to you so that when you are speaking the words, you are also feeling the words. Give your speech once every day, preferably in the same location at the same time but if you can’t swing that, it’s OK, just give it. Continue to give it until you no longer have to give it. I have to admit that when I used this method, I got into it so emotionally that I got choked up during the speech and shed a tear or two. And yes, the manifestation I was going for did come to pass, just not in the way or in the time frame that I originally thought it would. That’s OK, that kind of thing happens frequently in creating manifestations.

Anyway, there you have it. Another manifestation technique for you to use. If you like it, try it. If not, move on to another technique. Different strokes for different folks. Refrain from standing still – always keep growing. Believe. Receive.

Infused Believing: It Has A Taste You’ll Really Enjoy

Infused Believing: Try It, You’ll Like It

Nowadays there are many infused products available to the public for purchase. Infused waters are now very popular giving water a huge variety of interesting flavors. There is infused honey, infused olive oil, infused coffees and teas, infused dried fruits and vegetables. More recently we have the addition of CBD and cannabis infused products. Let’s take a look at the dictionary to review a definition of infused – to cause an item to be permeated with another item with the additional item altering the original item for the better.

The very core, the center if you will, of manifesting your reality is belief. Even though your five senses cannot perceive “the desire fulfilled”, your imaginal sense not only clearly perceives it but likewise believes it as real. What creates the finishing touch to your manifesting efforts is gratitude. When you infuse your assured belief in the unseen with gratitude, infused believing I call it, you are co-creating with God. You are creating an energy based power vortex that comes straight out of the Kingdom of God within you. Your only job from then on is to stay true and constant to this infused belief and maintain your faith in the unseen reality.

Plasma, as seen in the image above, is one of the four fundamental states of matter. It contains a significant portion of charged particles – ions and/or electrons. Lightning is a commonplace generator of plasma. When you infuse your desired manifestation belief with true gratitude, you are creating a virtual plasma energy bomb that releases explosive power – power to fulfill your life’s desires.

And The Great Thing About It Is—–It Feels Really Good

Let’s say that your car appears to be on its last legs. You have about $37.00 in your bank account and a $3.00 in your wallet. Your basic fear is that you car will conk out on you and you won’t have the money to fix it. When you leave for work you are wondering will the car last you another year or even another month. You think that if it breaks down, how the hell will you be able to get to work. And so on. Listen, if that does happen, you’ll figure it out somehow. By dwelling on it however, you dangerously create an energy vortex that actually serves to draw that scenario to your reality.

Try this instead. Create in your mind’s eye the vision of a car make and model, car mileage, car condition that you could live with, a car that is mechanically sound and cosmetically acceptable to you. Forget about how much it might cost you. Forget about credit reports. Forget about other bills you may have. Forget about down payments. Just concentrate on your car, you driving the car, you driving others in the car, pulling up to the gas pump and filling your car’s tank with gas, parking your car at your residence after finishing work, getting into your car to go to work, giving a ride to someone else who may not have a car. In a drowsy state, either immediately upon waking or just before drifting off to sleep, feel it. Just feel that it has really happened to you. It is real. Then INFUSE your belief, your feeling, with how thankful, how effing thankful that you are that everything came together for you. You have it. You did it. Then either fully wake up and start your day or drift off to sleep for the night.

A quote from Neville Goddard – (note: capitalization has been added by me) – “(a) way of praying is simply to FEEL thankful. If I want something, either for myself, or another, I immobilize the physical body, then I produce the state akin to sleep and in that state just feel happy, feel thankful, which thankfulness implies realization of what I want. I assume the FEELING of the wish fulfilled and with my mind dominated by this single sensation, I go to sleep. I need do nothing to make it so, because it IS so. My FEELING of the wish FULFILLED implies that it is done.”

If you successfully feel gratitude for your wish fulfilled, remember this – the human mind, the human heart cannot feel grateful for that which you have not been given. Your subconscious mind takes its marching orders from what you believe as true and your feeling of gratitude that what you desire is yours.

Do not be surprised if you practice infused believing and you begin crying out of what I call “primal gratitude”. It is akin to those game show contestants who start bawling when they win the grand showcase prize. Primal gratitude is gratitude that has penetrated down to your very core, the center of your being. The feeling is different for different people. Some may feel a perfect calm and peace. Others may taste a brief sample of the feeling of ecstasy. Yet others may feel the benevolent power of a state of being purely centered. Whatever way you feel, if you are doing it right, it feels good.

Some may respond to this with disdain and say, ” Yeah right, I got problems hitting me from every which way and you want me to be thankful for that?!” Absolutely not. Not for whatever misfortune that you or a loved one may be suffering. I want you to imagine, to create an outcome that you desire, then believe, utterly believe that is your true reality and not what you eyes are seeing. Believe with your “inner eyes”, the eyes you use when dwelling in the Kingdom of God. When your belief is full, infuse that belief of “that which is unseen” with thankfulness, simple thankfulness, true thankfulness. Stay consistent. Stay true to your feeling. If you do, at some point your desire will come to fruition. It has to, it has no choice but to manifest. It may be a day, a week, a month, a year but it will arrive on your lap, many times when you least expect it. Even in the act of procreation there is a nine month lag between conception and birth.

Give It Everything That You Have To Give

This infused believing manifestation method is a true delight to use. There is something about true gratitude that is extremely powerful. Outer adverse circumstances may attempt to hang in there but ultimately, if you remain focused and committed to the process, they will have no choice but to back away. It is necessary to totally surrender to the idea. At first, you may find it too hard to do. Keep at it. If it was “a walk in the park” everyone, everywhere would be doing it. But everyone is not doing it because you have to do it when you do not feel like doing it. You have to do it when you are angry. You have to do it when you are tired. You have to do it when a part of you is telling you that you are a fool for doing it.

Like most manifesting techniques, the more that you give to the process, the more you will get. A quote from Stuart Wilde, ” Universal Law is impartial. It will give you anything you believe. It will throw you garbage or roses depending on the energy you put in. You are the one in charge, and you must accept that and stand alone. If you think God is coming down to fix things for you, forget it. God is out playing golf.” To stand alone is to be responsible for the results emanating from your thoughts, words, actions, feelings, beliefs.

One of my favorite singers is the jazz vocalist, Dianne Reeves. If you want a short visual example of someone experiencing gratitude, go on You Tube and watch her performance of the song “Testify” from August 12, 2000 at the Newport Jazz Festival. Near the end of the song, part of the lyrics are the words, “thank you”. She generates amazing energy as she repeats the words over and over again. She is not merely singing the words, she is experiencing those words.

Believe, Gratitude, Receive. Referencing that famous line from the editorial in the New York Sun newspaper, “Yes Virginia, there is a Santa Claus”, through infused believing, that Santa Claus is you.

Said The Spider To The Fly

Will You Walk Into My Parlor Said The Spider To The Fly

Unto an evil counselor, close heart, and ear and eye.

Said the spider to the fly is an often recurring phrase from a poem that is much quoted. The first line of this poem is “Will you walk into my parlor? said the Spider to the Fly”. It comes from a poem written in 1828 by Mary Howitt. This poem tells the story of a shrewd and ruthless spider who ensnares a fly through the use of seduction and manipulation. At first, the fly is hesitant to come close to the spider, having heard bad things about him. The spider uses charm, flattery and deceit to ultimately trap the spider in his web. The spider offers the fly a tour of his exquisite collection of collectables. The fly refuses. The spider then offers the fly the use of his hydro-massage bed to relax in. The fly refuses. The spider next offers the fly some gourmet goodies from his pantry. The fly refuses. Finally the spider hits paydirt by appealing to the fly’s vanity. The spider exclaims how very beautiful the fly is and offers her the use of his full length mirror so she could see for herself. Bullseye! The fly falls for this and flies to the web. RIP Fly. While the poem does not specify what happened to the fly after she was captured by the spider, you can assume that the spider was on the patio that evening grilling fly-burgers for dinner.

An Evil Counselor

The last two lines of the poem are as follows:

Unto an evil counselor, close heart, and ear, and eye

And take a lesson from this tale of the spider and the fly.

To live free of artificial constraints is the sacred privilege of every human being. To be truly free is to truly live. What an irony that the word evil is live spelled backwards. Quite appropriate. What a tragedy that so many in this world are hoodwinked into bondage by an evil counselor. The evil counselor could be a government functionary, your doctor, your school teacher, your spouse, your children, your friend, your clergyman, your fellow employee, your neighbor, fellow students at your school, corporate bigwigs, the news broadcaster. It is anyone controlled, consciously or unconsciously, by the controllers of this world. When you are told by anyone, anything that denies that you are a sovereign being and have been given the power to co-create along with your Creator by accessing the Kingdom of God within, that is evil counsel.

The “spiders” of this world entice you with all manner of things to obtain power over you. The “spiders” of this world gorge themselves on your fear. They will use all manner of manipulation and deceit to dissuade you from dwelling upon God. Once you dwell solely upon the Almighty, you are out of their grasp. The spider may even be good in heart. They may give you evil counsel not even understanding themselves that their counsel is bad. They may just be parroting back what others have told them, fully believing that they are giving good counsel.

Once you make the free will choice to jump into the spider web, for whatever reason, it will be difficult to untangle yourself. Money, sex, drugs, alcohol, power, celebrity, a sense of belonging, a fixation on food, fashion or fame, slavish obedience to authority, and so on. The spider has a multitude of enticements in his bag of tricks.

The Grid’s Gonna Getya If Ya Don’t Watch Out

In the movie The Matrix, there is a dual world of true reality and a computer simulated reality called The Matrix. The Matrix can be likened to an unseen worldwide computer grid wherein everything that you think, say, do, feel, believe, is the result of a computer generated reality grid controlled by artificially intelligent machines. In the movie, most of humanity was hooked up to this grid. They were born, lived and died within the grid living a life that was totally dictated and controlled by the powers that be, Occasionally a human would somehow rebel against this grid. Once identified, the remaining humans living outside the grid would attempt to rescue the person demonstrating rebellion against the grid.

You live in a world where the grid is “hiding in plain view”. When something is “hidden in plain view”, it means that it is concealed or unseen despite being in full, unrestricted view. And so it is with the worldwide grid today that you encounter every day of your life. A spider web that enthralls and entices you to enter and subsequently be consumed by it.

In the 1988 movie “They Live”, starring Rowdy Roddy Piper, you see an approximation of this where aliens are basically controlling the world’s humans though the hypnotizing brain waves they send out. Until one day, Roddy Piper comes across a box of sunglasses in an alley and puts on a pair. These eyeglasses allow him to see the truth of the world around him. He sees that everywhere is plastered slogans urging submission to the government. The aliens are actually engaging in everyday life masquerading as humans although without the special eyeglasses, they look like normal human beings. The eyeglasses allow Piper to distinguish who is human and who is alien. He is able see past the fake façade and perceive the true reality.

You were born with the sovereignty to allow you to voluntarily enter into a union with the I AM, the one true God. When you make the choice to dwell in God, you are privileged to act as a conduit for Universal Intelligence. As such, you are able to demonstrate the glory of God’s power, the power emanating from awareness of being. Conscious manifesting throughout your lifetime makes you an agent of God, a true child of God. Conversely, manifesting what the grid directs you to manifest is sin, a falling short of the mark.

Let your mind, let your heart, let your soul be centered on your awareness of being. Let your awareness of being be dictated by the Kingdom of God within you rather than be dictated by the worldwide grid of deceit and manipulation. Let your awareness of being be that which brings forth all manner of beautiful conscious manifestations, both small and large. Let the seeds that you plant in the fields of life bring forth a glorious crop. Dwell on God. It is your way out of any kind of trouble.

The Most Precious Commodity On Earth – Time

Commodity Trading Is Mega Big

The process of people trading things started back around 3000 BC in ancient Mesopotamia. Cities that had an excess of cloth or metal may have bartered for spices and jewelry. The first trading was strictly barter, item for item. Later in the course of history, gold and silver coins were used as a means of purchasing goods or services. Trade has always been about exchanging something that you possess that someone else wants with something that you want that somebody else has.

Commodities that traders have dealt in over the centuries include precious metals (gold, silver, platinum, etc.), foodstuffs (corn, wheat, soybeans, salt, coffee, etc.), meat (cattle, pork, poultry, etc.), and non-foodstuffs (cotton, petroleum, lumber, etc.). Traders today also engage in trading the money currency of one country with that of another in the hopes that the currency that they trade for will increase in value thus making them a profit.

The hottest thing these days however is the trading in cryptocurrencies. Almost all have heard about Bitcoin but it seems that every week a new cryptocurrency appears. Etherium, Litecoin, Chainlink, Tether, Dogecoin, Shiba Inu – the list goes on and on and on. In fact, there are over 12,000 cryptocurrencies today that are available for trading.

With all the traditional commodities, monetary currencies, and cryptocurrencies that are out there, a vast multitude of people are devoting their efforts to making profits through trading in said commodities. There are fabulous successes as well as soul crushing failures. Fortunes are made. Fortunes are lost.

Every Day Of Your Life, You’re A Day Trader

In keeping with the establishment of an ever growing community of investors who are looking to make money from trading, there has evolved the practice known as day trading. This is the practice of buying and selling stocks in a very short time frame, typically within a day. The goal of day trading is to earn a small profit on each trade and then compound those gains over time. If you are making good trades, you will create substantial profits. If you are making poor trades, you can lose your shirt (and pants and socks and everything else as well).

Do you realize that you are an active day trader? Every day you are trading in the most precious commodity on Earth – TIME. When you were born, your account was fully funded. You can only speculate on how much time has been placed into your account. We all have a number and when that number is ultimately called, it’s game over, no more trading. Every single day of your life, you are required to trade twenty four hours of time from your account. Replenishment is not an available option. You have what you have and when it’s gone, it’s gone. Your lifetime account may have less than twenty-four hours or it may have one hundred years. You will never know for sure until your last breath and your balance sheet reads 0.00. Listen – it is to your unmistakable benefit to recognize the precious nature of your time account and trade whatever time you have left with a sharp focus and a determined intention.

Once you became an adult, you became the sole investor for your life’s time account. Just as there are thousands of cryptocurrencies you can trade in, there are thousands of ways that you can trade your time for each day. A certain amount of time for sleep is taken out of your account by Mother Nature. Employment at a job is another big time trade during the course of a twenty-four hour time period. More trading is done for hygiene and grooming, travelling to and from your job, eating your daily meals, engaging in social relationships (family, friends, etc.), purchasing needed supplies, maintaining your lodging and your vehicle, engaging in recreational activities and pursuing your hobbies and interests. All of these various actions involve your choosing what to trade for from your time account. Your life then is one continuous day trading session. Stop and reflect. Have you traded wisely and productively thus far? Have you received a good return on your trading? If yes, good. If no, then realize that that game is not over yet. You still have a balance in your account.

Time Can Buy Riches – Riches Cannot Buy Time

A universal response to the issue of the use of your daily time is that you have no choice. You have to work in order to meet your financial obligations. This includes paying the rent or mortgage, maintaining your vehicle, buying food and other supplies, satisfying the needs and desires of your other family members, etc. Yes, most certainly these things must be attended to but, there is a big “nevertheless”. If you make the “all-in” decision to train your thoughts hour by hour. If you actually prioritize every word that comes out of your mouth. If you take such actions that match up with your manifestation goal. If you zealously nurture feelings that reflect faith. If you hold tight to the beliefs that only acknowledge the realization of your dreams. If you actually use your time to actually DO these things, you can and you will create a fulfilling life reality for yourself instead of being swept along helplessly by the river tide of random circumstances.

The wise and focused trading of your precious time creates for you the riches that you desire, however you choose to define riches. Conversely, no matter how much money that you possess, you cannot replenish your time account. You still have a designated number. When your number is called, it’s game over. Whether you are Warren Buffet or the Sultan of Brunei, you cannot purchase additional time. Treat time as your most precious possession. Let not any hour in your bank account of time go to waste. If you purchased a steak at the supermarket, if you were not ready to cook it on that day, you would put it in the freezer at home until you were ready to cook it. You would not just leave it out on the kitchen table. It would spoil. Start today treating each hour of your life with the same respect. It is the most precious possession you have. Treat it as such. Treat your time as if it were gold. You really will be amazed at the positive difference that it makes in the quality of your life.

Live free. Live fully. Trade your time wisely. The very substance of your life’s reality depends on it.

This blog is all about me helping me. Boy does that heading sound piggish. It is the truth however. If you want to understand the full meaning behind those words and how they affect you, please continue reading.

The decade of the nineties was an especially difficult time in my life. Yes there were definitely beautiful flashes of joy and times of true happiness. For the most part however these were overshadowed by a relentless grind through one difficult morass after another. My inner pain was real. Look at the image above. That is what it felt like to me at times. At some point during that decade, in order to continue to survive, I had to anesthetize myself on the inside. I interacted with others, talked, listened, laughed, got angry, but on the inside I was numb. It was as if a dentist had given me an inner dose of Novocain. It was a method of coping that is not recommended to anybody unless your very survival is at stake.

During the nineties, employment decisions were made in deference to various other responsibilities. I still have in my possession an employee ID badge with my photograph and identifying information. It was for a job that I couldn’t stand but I had to push through with it nonetheless. After ultimately moving on to other employment, I kept the ID badge. I look at that badge from time to time, especially the eyes in the photo. I see unmitigated pain in the eyes. No tears. No emotion. Just pain. How I wish I could go back in time and help that guy somehow. A good guy who was lost in a fog and just needed some empathetic help.

What is meant when I say “this blog is all about me helping me” is that there are human beings right now with their hand and forearm sticking above the water line, as in the image above, as I was in the nineties, hoping against hope to grab on to some sort of lifeline to avoid drowning in the vicissitudes of life. These humans could be age sixteen or seventy-six. They could be male or female. Their skin complexion could range the entire color spectrum. It does not matter. They are all “me”. This blog is about sharing what I have learned and experienced first hand about consciously manifesting reality to other “me’s” out there now who are slogging through a morass of debilitating circumstances with no apparent end in sight, no light at the end of the tunnel. If I did not have absolute proof from my own life that conscious manifesting techniques produce results, then most assuredly I would not be wasting my precious remaining time in this world writing these blog posts each week. My method of going back to that 1990’s me and helping him is to offer up through this blog, information that has helped me, and entertaining the hope that it will help others in the here and now.

Grain By Grain, Drop By Drop, Inch By Inch

So from birth to death, our lives slowly proceed, day by day, grain by grain, inch by inch, drop by drop. Until that one day when your name is listed in the daily death notices. Do you ever read the death notices? An example might be as follows: John Q. Public, age 83, died last Tuesday at St. John’s Hospice after a short illness. John was survived by blah, blah, blah. John was loved by everyone and led a full life. He worked at Smith Brothers Labs for 31 years retiring as vice-president for research. He was loved by everyone and led a full life. John volunteered 99 hours a week at the church mission and still had time for his loving wife, 7 children, 16 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren as well as the many orphans that he and his wife adopted. John enjoyed going to be beach, bowling, gardening and feeding stray animals. John was loved by everyone and led a full life. He will be sorely missed by everyone, even those who never knew him. Services will be held at Quigley Funeral Home tomorrow at 7:00 pm. Burial services will be at Peaceful Valley Cemetery the following morning at 10:00 am. John’s family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to: The Little Old Ladies Who Sit By The Window Knitting Foundation.

I am one of those old school guys who still read the newspapers (even though I also get news from the internet). And yes, I do read the death notices. Some of them have photographs of the deceased, I usually scan all the notices to note the age of the person when they died. Some have long biographical descriptions of the events of their life. Others have a brief biography. Yet others just give out the age at death, family members and funeral service information. Occasionally there will be the poignant notice of the death of a child which inevitably moistens my eyes. Although I still hold out hope, I have never read any death notice that says, “Joe was a useless SOB and all in the family are relieved that he has finally croaked so they can at least grab a few bucks from his estate.”

How would you construct your own newspaper death notice? Are you completely satisfied with what your life has been? How do you think your afterlife life review in the hereafter will go for you? While you cannot un-do what has been done in your life, are there things yet undone that you intensely desire to do with your remaining time? What is your reason for wanting to do these things? Is the impetus from the outside or from within you. While I am not qualified to judge anybody, including myself, I humbly submit that if your life is swayed by outside influences, you need to take a time out. The Kingdom of God is within you. The Kingdom of God should be your sole indicator. Take full advantage of your time out to listen, really listen, to guidance from within. Every day of life is so precious that to ignore guidance from Universal Intelligence within is a grievous mistake. It could render your death notice along the lines of “He could have, but sadly, he chose not to”.

Start, get started today, consciously manifesting the reality that fulfills the dreams of your Imagination. You really can you know, if you choose to.

Why The F Were You Born Anyway?

Getting back to the humans listed in the daily death notices, I wonder about the people listed in the notice. I wonder if they felt that they “hit the mark” of why they were born into the world in the first place. Are you like a bird or a squirrel that is born, lives and dies and the world just keeps going with new birds and new squirrels. With humans, after a few generations, memory of you fades away as if you were never here. Maybe a gravestone, maybe some family mementos. If you are a bigshot you might have something named after you. If you are Abraham Lincoln or George Washington you’ll get your own memorials and dozens of books written about you. Then let’s say that sooner or later humans finally succeed in their efforts to obliterate the entire human race (nuclear war, intentional pandemics, biological warfare, etc.). After a period of time, the earth would be cleansed of radiation or bacterium and a new dominant species of being would come forth. If that was the case, why the F were you born anyway?

I submit to you that you were born to enter into union with your Creator and to act as a conduit for exhibiting the Power, the Intelligence, the Imagination, the Love of the creative and unifying force of everything, everywhere – God. Whatever you are called to do, to say, to speak, to think, by your Inner Light, nothing else matters. What happened before and what happens after doesn’t matter. Even if the entire earth disintegrates and nothing is left but space dust (and perhaps your dirty underwear), if you heed the call of the Voice Within, your life will be an unqualified success. You will be giving spiritual fist pumps and shouting “Yes” when you subsequently view your life review. We are all here to manifest the Divine Force by consciously manifesting the dreams of our God-given Imagination. Those that were born with mental restrictions are here to teach us how to manifest selfless Love. Conscious manifesting always was the plan of why you were born. It is life. Choose life.

Produce, Write, Direct and Star In A Movie

You Are A Movie Studio

When I was a kid growing up in the fifties and early to mid sixties, big screen movies were still the “main event” of filmed acting. Television was definitely encroaching on the domain of the movies but tv was still in its small screen, black and white only, tv antenna required, just three networks stage. The big movie studios – MGM, Warner Brothers, Paramount, 20th Century Fox, Universal, Columbia – controlled over 90 % of movies produced and distributed. Today’s “big five” – Disney, Paramount, Sony, Universal and Warner Brothers still hold about 75 % of the market. Many more movies today are made independently of the big movie studios. Many movies are going directly to streaming services and never make it to the big screen. Movie-making is an ever adapting industry.

Were you aware that Y-O-U are your own independent movie studio? Right now, you have the ability to “finance” a movie, write a movie screenplay, direct and star in your own movie. “Financing” your movie is 100 % guaranteed. As the producer you get to control every aspect of the movie. As the screenwriter, you get to create a script that fits in perfectly with the type of movie that you want to make. As director, you are entitled to oversee and guide all the actors in the movie. As the star of the movie, you get to display the full range of your acting skills and emotions.

What The Heck Is He Talking About?

By this point you are probably wondering what in the world I am talking about. There is no way in the world that you have the money and resources to make a movie. You say that you do not know the first thing about producing, screenwriting, directing and acting. I am going to go ahead and respectfully contradict you on all counts. You do possess the resources. You do know everything that you need to know about screenwriting, directing and acting. Read on.

First, your financing and resources as the producer come forth from your unlimited, inherent Imagination. Your Imagination has the ability to create any type of movie action that you choose. Your Imagination is the financing. Your budget is large, only restricted by the level of your faith. Everyone has access to Imagination but you have to make the free will choice to activate it.

Second, if you know how to read and write, that is all the skill you require to be the screenwriter for you movie. It is your movie. You get to choose whatever words you want the actors to say. You choose the scenario. What is it that you want in your life? Money? A relationship of some sort? Career Success? Good Health? The ability to help a loved one? Choose what you want. Imagine a scene or scenes that portray the successful receiving of your chosen desire. Does it involve just you or does your movie scene involve one or more other people? Just write down what you would be saying and what the other person or persons would be saying in the “real-ization” of your desire fulfilled. Put it in the form of a script.

I will present an example of a short two minute movie scene. Just make whatever words you choose words that you yourself BELIEVE with all your heart and mind.

You: I am so thankful that what I really wanted has finally come true in my life. I always knew it would happen and now it has.

Other Person: I have to admit that I thought you were really wasting your time with all this manifesting jazz. I was even kinda worried your were living in some sort of fantasy land. Even you have to admit that it didn’t look too good for you.

Third person: I’m guilty too. Don’t get me wrong – I am really happy for you that you got your breakthrough, I really am. But I hope you don’t down us for thinking that it wasn’t going to happen for you.

You: Are either of you familiar with the bible verse in Hebrews 11 about faith?

Second Person: Not really.

Third Person: Well I guess it’s something about faith.

You: It defines what faith is. It goes like this – Faith is the assurance of the unseen. Real simple. Let me give you the definition of the word “assurance”. It means certain to be achieved. Ya know, circumstances do not matter. Only state of being matters. By that I mean even though my outer eyes couldn’t see it, my inner eyes, my Imagination always saw it as clear as day. If you totally “have something on the inside” then, in due time, you are totally assured of it happening on the outside. The one big BUT is if you allow doubt to sneak in and rock the boat and throw it off course.

Thirdly, as director, you decide precisely how all three people in that scene play their roles. Pauses of speech, tone of speech, choice of feeling, etc.

Fourthly, as the star actor, you hear your voice, you feel the emotions, you hear and respond to the other actors lines, you feel the surroundings of where it takes place, you see all the accompanying “props” used in the scene. For example, if your desire is money, you look at the bank statement that confirms the money you are in possession of. If your desire is better health, you look at the hospital discharge report that confirms your healing. As an actor, use all of your senses to be in total union with your part.

When you completely feel something as real, and persist in that feeling, things definitely happen to materialize that feeling. One of the careers that I have had in this lifetime was that of an undercover operative. My “cover” in that endeavor was something that I got so “into” as far as my belief that it was real that after I proceeded to another career, it was in the industry that I had chosen as my cover.

An Honest To Goodness Real Life Example

In 2005, I started feeling knee pain in both knees. When I got a thorough orthopedic exam, the physician said that I would probably have to have knee replacement surgery within five years. I blew past 2010 but as the years progressed, he knees were slowly becoming more and more of a challenge. As 2022 arrived, I finally resolved to get at least one of the knees replaced at some point later this year after I finished manifesting some things in other areas of living. Although it is possible, and I have successfully done it, it is difficult to manifest many different desires simultaneously. So I decided to just keep it simple and uncomplicated. I did not do the “my knees feel like they did when I was twenty” movie. I choose to do the “my knees really feel better” movie. How this was going to come about I didn’t know and didn’t care. For about a month I just spent that golden two minutes a day living in my movie while I relaxed on the hydromassage chair at my local Planet Fitness. Halfway through that month I developed a bad toothache. I wear full dentures but my dentist advised me to keep my remaining tooth roots to maintain gum integrity. As he is now retired, I had to find a new dentist. After taking x-rays, she saw extensive infection of various tooth roots and recommended extracting all thirteen teeth stubs. She said the infection was releasing chemicals into the body that were detrimental to my health. My dental insurance covered 70 % while the dentist agreed to waive the 30 % co-pay, so I said “OK, let’s get them out.” One week she extracted six on the top and the next week she took out the seven on the bottom. Not more than 48 hours after the last of the infected teeth were removed, I was delighted to observe that my knees felt better then they have in quite a while. Both were still “bone-on-bone” but they definitely feel better. My assumption is that unknown to me, the release of chemicals from the underlying tooth infection was negatively affecting my knee joints. This past Saturday I was conversing with my son about how delighted I was that my knees felt better all of a sudden. It’s almost eerie how this manifesting stuff works. The two minute movie that was real to me in my Imagination had crystallized into my outer reality through my getting a toothache.

Circumstances do not matter. Only state of being matters.

You Can’t Serve Two Masters – Make Your Choice

You Cannot Serve Both God and Mammon

I was recently in conversation with a friend when he suddenly made the statement, “Life is meaningless. I get up every day and do the same damn stuff every day – work, eat, shit, sleep, work, eat, shit, sleep and then one day I die.” For whatever reason, this statement got me to reflecting on the words of Jesus from the Sermon On The Mount – “No man can serve two masters: for he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon…….Seek ye first the kingdom of God.”

You cannot serve both God and mammon. They are diametrically opposed forces. One is within you, the other is outside of you.

How do you recognize the concept of God, the eternal I Am. Of course, the easy answer is that God is undefinable. Nevertheless, the answer to that question is very personal and differs from person to person. The author, Barbara Brown Taylor, puts forth an interesting answer – ” My own idea of God, as imperfect and evolving as it is, right now would be (this) – the glue that holds everything together, the consciousness that moves between all living things. When I use the word God, I do not envision a large person with two arms, two legs, a nose and two eyes. I envision instead, a presence so beyond my being, a presence that knows the stars by name and knows me by name as well, that is not here to be useful to me, that is not here to give me things as much as to ask me to give myself away for love. When I say I believe in God, I mean I trust. I trust the goodness of life, of being. I trust that beyond all reason. I trust that with my life. That’s what I mean by God.” The theologian Paul Tillich gave this definition – “God is not a being, God is being itself”. And from the Wall Street legend John Templeton, ” The wonderful substance of God flows in and through us and extends in every direction. There is no place we can go where we are not bathed in the infinite sea of this harmonizing glue of the universe”. Finally there is this from the mystic Neville Goddard regarding the nature of God – “I AM or the awareness of being is the only reality.”

So what is “mammon”? The traditional definition is money, wealth, riches. Researching the word mammon in the Encyclopedia of Religion and Ethics comes the suggestion that the Aramaic word mamon was a loanword from Mishmaic Hebrew meaning money, wealth, possessions although there are indications that it may also have meant “that in which one trusts”. That is the core idea behind mammon – Putting your trust in your money, your investments, your real estate, your employer, your contacts, your education, your intelligence, your family, your friends, your skills, your charisma, your neighbors, your church, your…….well, you get the idea. Mammon is anything outside of the awareness of God.

Texas Hold ‘Em Poker

Have you ever watched The World Series of Poker on television? It is perhaps the best known of the many poker tournaments that are regularly scheduled on network and general audience cable tv. Sports networks such as ESPN have made it a staple of their television lineup. The popularity of the televised tournaments featuring the style of poker known as “Texas Hold ‘Em” surged when they began using hole card or lipstick cams to show the viewer at home the hole (turned down) cards. This engaged the viewer in devising strategy and decision-making during the game. One of the most dramatic events during a game takes place when one of the players decides to go “all-in” by pushing every last chip that they have into the pot. There is that suspenseful moment right before the last cards are dealt. At that point the player who went “all-in” either wins a huge pot or goes bust and has to leave the game.

In the statement, Ye cannot serve God and mammon, you are playing an ethereal game of Texas Hold ‘Em and you are going ‘all-in” on either serving God or mammon. The former choice earns you the biggest pot of them all, communion with God, while sadly the latter choice leaves you spiritually broke. Now this is not to say that you cannot serve God and manifest money as well. What it means however is, in everything, from wake-up to fall-asleep, where do you place your trust? Is your trust in your awareness of being or is it in anything outside of that. Seek first – Seek above all else – the Kingdom of God for from this Kingdom all good things come forth.

The Choice Is Yours

Emmet Fox, the eminent twentieth century author and lecturer, stated with crystal clarity in his essay, “The Golden Key” that every problem of any type can be dealt with effectively by dwelling on God instead of the problem. He envisioned centering your thoughts on God as a “golden key” accessible to everybody, everywhere that would unlock any closed door that you run into in life. If you are in communion with “The Harmonizing Glue of Everything” through employing your divine gift of Imagination, you are serving God. If you place your trust in any person, any group of people, any set of circumstances, any event, you are serving mammon. God is not some guy sitting up in the sky somewhere or on top of Mount Olympus. The Kingdom of God is within each and every one of us. Jesus told the stone cold truth. Manifest your chosen reality by just letting go and going “all-in” by trusting in the power of the Kingdom of God within you.

Step right up ladies and gentlemen and make your choice. You cannot serve both, it’s either God or mammon. One leads to a path of Universal Source, Universal Intelligence, Universal Power, Universal Peace, Universal Love. The other leads to a path of an extremely alluring yet ultimately deceptive dead end. It is your choice. It always has been and always will be until you draw your last breath and the show is over.

Books And Me – Good Friends To The Very End

Faithful Lifelong Friends

Human friendships are fickle in nature. Someone who you may call a friend today, can be a “non-friend” tomorrow over some important or even trivial disagreement. Friends can move away. Friends can die. Friends can change in personality and slowly drift away. Friends can choose to abandon their friendship with you for “new and better” friends. Friends can make themselves scarce if you hit hard times. Friends can suddenly terminate your friendship if their spouse, signifigant other or other friends don’t like you. Friends come and go like the tides of the ocean. Human friendships are a tenuous affair affected by a wide array of variables and conditions.

On the other hand, a book is the quietist and most constant of friends. No matter what is transpiring in your life, no matter what you have done, no matter what you haven’t done, a book will never abandon you. A book does not judge while humans just can’t seem to get enough of judging one another. A book does not demand, overtly or covertly, that you be a certain way, or talk in a certain way or do something in a certain way or risk disapproval or loss of friendship. It is always there for you no matter what. A book will always generously provide you with learning, story-telling, adventure, mystery, laughter, pathos and ethos – whatever you choose. Certain books will prove to be less interesting to you than you thought they might be. Or perhaps you totally disagree with the premise of the book. The book will never “get mad at you” as a result. A book has no hidden agenda other than presenting the words, and ideas, and concepts that are on the pages of the books. The book allows you to receive and assimilate those words, ideas and concepts however you choose. A book is a faithful, lifelong friend.

If Henry Bemis Had Just Carried A Spare Pair

An absolute classic Twilight Zone episode, “Time Enough At Last” (aired November 1959), starred Burgess Meredith as the hounded bank teller and avid book lover, Henry Bemis. Wherever he turns, there is somebody preventing him from reading. One day, randomly entering the bank’s vault to read during his lunch break, a worldwide apocalyptic holocaust occurs. As Bemis exits the vault he finds the outside world in ruins and devoid of all humans. Bemis is subsequently overwhelmed at the reality of his isolation. As he about to commit suicide with a gun he has found, he sees a library that has mostly survived the blast. He spends the remainder of the day joyfully arranging the books in stacks for years of reading well into the future. Of course, this is Twilight Zone so you know there is going to be some kind of twist. Sure enough, on the library steps poor Henry stumbles. His thick glasses, without which everything is blurry to him, fall off and the lenses shatter. As he picks up his broken glasses, he is disconsolate, saying, “It’s not fair. I had time now. There was time enough at last.”

When I was a kid watching that episode, I felt sorry for Henry Bemis. I remember telling my Mom, “if he only had a spare pair of glasses with him, he wouldda been OK”. I never want to be caught in the predicament of Henry Bemis. I always carry a spare set of eyeglasses with me. If I am ever the lone survivor of a nuclear holocaust and am near an intact library, I’ll be all set (LOL). My son has a wonderful collection of over 2,000 books that he has collected over the past 20 years. It is my desire that at some point in what remains in my life, that I can spend an entire year, without any obligations or responsibilities, just reading…..reading as many of those books as I can each day. Just as it was with Henry Bemis, if I could not read, it would be a catastrophe of the highest order.

A Book Is A Portal To Another Dimension

In the 1955 movie, “Marty” starring Ernest Borgnine and Betsy Blair, there is a scene at the end of the movie where Borgnine’s character is hanging around a Bronx street corner early on a Sunday evening with three of his friends. This scene took place after Borgnine’s friends dissuaded him from going out on a second date with the character played by Betsy Blair. The intimation from his friends was that their friendship with Borgnine was in jeopardy if he continued to see Blair. As the four men are standing on the street corner, Marty is silent while the other three are trying to establish what they are going to do that evening. One says to the others, “Whadda you wanna do”? Another of the men says, “I dunno, whadda you wanna do?” A few suggestions are offered but there is no consensus. Finally, Borgnine’s character breaks his silence and says derisively to the other three, ” Whadda you wanna do? I dunno, whadda you wanna do? I must have been crazy to listen to you guys. I know what I wanna do. I’m going to call her up and hopefully she’ll want to go to the movies with me tonight.” Whereupon he departs for the nearest phone booth.

A book is a friend that allows you to do or go or experience or learn whatever you want. Your friend will always say, “OK, Let’s go”. Do you want to go back in time to a certain period in a certain locale? – “OK, Let’s go”. Do you want to introduce to your mind new concepts or ideas? – “OK, Let’s go”. Do you want to retrace your steps and review already introduced ideas and concepts? – “OK, Let’s go”. Do you want to be intrigued by a suspenseful mystery? – “OK, Let’s go”. Do you want to experience the sights and sounds and smells of a different land? – “OK, Let’s go”. Do you need a breather from everyday duties, obligations and responsibilities, to give your mind a rest and just escape for a bit from the world around you? – “OK, Let’s go”. Whatever it is that you want to do, your friend will never say, “Nah, I don’t want to do that”. Your friend will always say to you, “Sounds good, OK, Let’s go”. And unlike television, you will never get commercials.

When you read a book, you are traveling through a portal in your mind into another dimension. It is a lovely sensation. And last, but not least, you can find a book or books that will help you to travel to another dimension of reality and create a life you desire through the magic of manifestation. Scripture is as true as true ever gets when it states- Ask. Seek. Knock. Believe. Receive. Now if you will excuse me, I see an old friend beckoning me now from the bookcase.

Learn Something New — Re-Learn Something Old

It Never Fails To Give A Rush

In last week’s Veterans Day post, you read about the hapless World War I general, Luigi Cadorna. Tragically for him, much more so for the soldiers that he commanded, he was an abject failure as a general in World War I due to his pride and arrogance. They led him to disaster after disaster. He steadfastly refused to learn. He felt he knew everything that he needed to know. In his mind, his failures had to be the fault of someone else.

The day that you stop learning, is the day you start dying. It does not matter what it is that you learn. It could be something that appears small and insignifigant but you never know. What you learn could dovetail into something else, then something else, all creating steps on a ladder that leads you to someplace wonderful. Learning never fails to give me a rush. If I learn something new on the very last day of my life, it will be a successful day because learning is growth. If we are still growing, even on our last day on planet Earth, it bodes well for us in The Great Beyond.

A Reason Why You Are Here In The First Place

One of the reasons you feel good inside when you learn is because “to learn” is one of the reasons you are here on Earth in the first place. There are two primary ways to learn something. The first way is “the hard way”. From personal experience I do not recommend this method as it can be quite painful. The second way is “the easy way”. I like this way much better.

There are many avenues that you can travel in order to learn “the easy way”. One of those avenues is via the modern invention known as the internet. It probably numbers in the thousands, the number of times over the years that I have wondered about something then headed online to check it out. There are literally hundreds of online sites where you can learn something. Some are “pay for the information” and others are free. I am going to focus today on four free sites that I find myself visiting frequently: Reddit, YouTube, Quora and Wikipedia. What I like about these sites, besides their being free, is that through discernment, once you learn to ignore and sidestep the trolls, shills, psychos and simpletons, you can actually learn something solid about something that really interests you.

Reddit is a network of different communities where people can focus on what interests them. It is the social media platform where each of the Reddit communities is like visiting a forum where people have hands-on experience with something and they share their knowledge. Millions of people post, vote or comment in the various Reddit communities.

At one time or another, I think anybody who has gone online has visited YouTube. It cannot be beat for offering do-it-yourself videos when you’re stuck as to how to fix or repair something. Through YouTube I have discovered wonderful music, enjoyed movies and old television shows from a bygone era, learned to play a musical instrument, gained insights from listening to lectures and been introduced to different ways of seeing things through unique presentations, rare documentaries and enlightening tutorials.

Quora is a social media platform that operates on a question-and -answer system. It is a place where you can ask questions and get published answers from people who have specific knowledge about your specific question. Readers can make pertinent comments regarding a specific answer. Quora is a site where you can get insights and answers that may not be written down anywhere else. A fascinating place to visit.

Finally there is Wikipedia, the ubiquitous free online encyclopedia. I will never get tired of my complete set of 1960 World Book encyclopedias. They are with me for the duration. I still include them in my regular reading. Many times when I read something in them and I want to know more about that subject, the place I will go is Wikipedia. Many a time I start reading about something on Wikipedia and before I know it I then start going down that rabbit hole of those addictive blue links. Before I know it, a couple of hours have flown by. I may have started out learning about Turkish lokum candies and would up learning about the intrigues and controversies of seventeenth century Ottoman Empire. Wikipedia is a wonderful place of learning, it is free, and it is truly indispensable to lovers of encyclopedias.

Fertilizer For Your Bumper Crop

Growth means life. Something that is dead cannot grow. When you learn, you grow. Thus, learning is a fertilizer that facilitates your growth, which in turn facilitates the enhancement of your life experience.

Scripture states “Ask and it will be given to you. Seek, and you will find.” If you sincerely search to learn about the metaphysical truths of how to manifest your desires, you will ultimately find those truths. Truths, which if put into practice with faith, will be the rich fertilizer that helps beautiful manifestations to spring forth. The fertile ground of your imagination and belief will bear you a bumper crop in due time. In due time. I confess that I want things now, not “in due time”. It is human nature to want what we want right now. In a certain way however, we do receive right now what we want but it is in the dimension of imagination. In that dimension, your manifestation is as real as real can get. For different reasons, some known, some unknown, there has always been a time lag of varying degrees concerning my own manifestations. Belief and pure faith are vital. In the book of James it clearly states “But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like the wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. That person should not expect to receive anything from the Lord.“

The more that you learn about the truths behind manifesting your desires, and then put into practice what you learn, the sooner you will experience the rich fullness of life in the manner that was intended for you from the very beginning.

Reincarnation……….What Do You Think ?

One In Three

In a survey conducted in December of 2017 by the respected, non-partisan Pew Research Center, their survey revealed that 33 percent of adults in the United States believe in reincarnation. One in three. That is a sizeable percentage.

I was a child that grew up in the Eisenhower-Kennedy fifties and sixties. I was raised in a Protestant denomination where it was a universal belief in a life that was “one-and-done, you’re either goin’ to heaven or hell for eternity when your one-and-done is done”. Any talk of a belief in reincarnation would have been branded blasphemy and you would be branded as a weirdo.

The purpose of this week’s blog post is not to get into a long, philosophical discussion on all the various permutations of reincarnation beliefs in all the various religions of the world. The purpose of this blog post is to get you thinking about this topic and how it concerns you personally in your efforts in the world of manifesting.

Reincarnation ……. What Is It?

So just what is this reincarnation thing that one in three Americans believe in?

Reincarnation is a concept that is loosely defined as your non-physical core essence (your soul or spirit) begining a new lifetime in a different body at some point after physical death. In different forms, it is a central tenet of Eastern religions – Hinduism, Buddism, Jainism, Sikhism and of the Druze. The majority of denominations within Christianity and Islam, as well as mainstream Judaism, do not accept that individuals reincarnate. Of those who believe in reincarnation there are those that state that reincarnation is an involuntary thing while others state that it is a voluntary decision.

Two Views From The West

My in-depth knowledge of the various interpretations of reincarnation among the Eastern religions is far too lacking to even begin a conversation about them. I will put forth two views, two concepts, of reincarnation that my reading has come across that seem to represent the two primary Western prevailing viewpoints on reincarnation. My interest in the subject came about as a result of observations that I have made during the course of my lifetime as well as questions that arose regarding the traditionalist “one-and-done” viewpoint. In between a hundred and one other time grabbers, I have done a certain amount of research into the matter. I heartily invite you to do the same.

Have you ever asked yourself why there is such a huge difference between the lot of one human being and another? Why are some people in the world so fortunate in their lives, while others endure prolonged suffering? Why should this be if God is loving and just and all-powerful?

Those who believe in reincarnation would answer that the life you are currently living today is not the only one. Their answer would continue that you have lived before, many times. One view put forth is that the circumstances that you were born into were a result of how things went in your previous lifetimes. In other words, either good or bad karma. The second viewpoint, somewhat in opposition to the first, is that you plan your life birth circumstances beforehand with the goal of achieving certain life purposes that contribute to your soul’s growth. For example, a soul may choose to be born with Down’s Syndrome in order to be a teacher about love, and compassion and empathy. Thus, in this second viewpoint, the person born into a degree of difficulties or challenges has purposely and meticulously chosen that lot to advance the growth of their soul.

Reincarnation And Manifesting

So just what does the subject of reincarnation have to do with the manifesting of something you desire in your life? Where’s the connection? Well, let’s say that you are a person who has come to lean toward reincarnation being a real thing. Whichever of the two Western views that you would subscribe to (karma driven or soul growth driven), it is critical for you to manifest whatever it is you came here to do. If your purpose was to come here to bring God’s love or compassion or truth or power into experience, then be those things. If you came here to be an artist, then put everything you are into being an artist. If you came here to fix things and be a mechanic, then put everything you are into that. Refrain from sleepwalking through life, merely working to survive and to grab some occasional moments of sunshine. Manifest your life as you intensely desire it to be because that true intense desire is a true “compass needle” indicator of your life’s purpose here. The exception to this would be if your intense desire is to harm anyone, including yourself. If that is the case, you are “off track” and need to manifest a new desire. Go within to the Kingdom of God and dwell there. If you do so, you will get to experience true joy, both before as well as after you “die”, and you will marvel at the growth of your soul.
