Commodities Of The World
The hottest thing in the world of commodities trading is undoubtedly what are known collectively as “cryptocurrencies”. Most have heard of Bitcoin but it seems that almost every week new cryptocurrencies are appearing — Ethereum, Litecoin, Chainlink, Tether, Dogecoin — the list goes on and on. They have taken the commodities trading world by storm. Of course all the traditional commodities are still traded worldwide — precious metals (gold, silver, platinum, copper, etc.), foodstuffs (corn, wheat, soybeans, coffee, etc.), meat (cattle, pork, etc.), non-foodstuffs (cotton, petroleum, lumber, etc.) and so on. Fortunes are made on commodities trading. Fortunes are lost on commodities trading.
Your Time Account
If you take a moment and really think about it, the absolute most important trading commodity in the world is (drumroll please)…..time. When you are born, you are provided with a fully funded trading account called “time”. Nobody can really know how much time has been placed into your account. Every day of your life you are required to spend twenty four hours from your time account. No replenishment is possible. When you use up all of your account, the game is over. At the low end of the scale there is the tragedy of the babies that die shortly after birth. Then at the high end of the scale there are those humans that are centenarians, their accounts being funded to one hundred years or more.
Day Trading
As a child, under the care of your parents, a portion, but not all, of your time is dictated by societal norms (school) and the direction of your parents. As you get older, almost all of that time account comes under your direct control. You are the one who decides how your time account is invested. There are thousands of ways in which you can choose to spend your time. What you are actually doing is engaging in commodity trading with the most precious of commodities — time. For grooming and hygeine, you trade time for shaving, showering, etc. You then trade more time for coffee and breakfast. More trading in working at a job in order to get money to pay for lodging, food, clothing, vehicle, etc. To live in a place other than where you work, you trade time to get to and from work. To engage in social relationships of any type, more time trades. Marriage, children, more time trading. To learn something new, to keep your body healthy, to express yourself through a hobby or interest, to clean your lodging, to just sit and look at the clouds in the sky — they all involve trading transactions from your finite time account. When you time account is finally depleted, you cannot “earn” any more time. When it is all used up, you are done trading. In essence, your life is you continually trading little bits of your life for whatever you choose to trade for.
Trade Wisely
Many go through the “I’m gonna live forever” deal in their youth. Intellectually, we all know that someday we are going to die but it doesn’t really hit home until either you have a near brush with death or you actually get close to that event. Regardless of where you are along life’s trail, it is critical for you to start trading your commodity of time for that which brings about the true desire of your heart. When you engage in a conscious manifesting effort, focus with a laser focus on what you are doing. Use thought. Use words. Use actions. Use feeling. Use emotions. Use beliefs. Make your trade highly profitable insofar as what you are going after in your life. Every day is precious and that day will never be available to you again. Treat it as such. Be a wise commodity trader as you go about the business of trading your time. The by-product of your trading will be your own personal joy and fulfillment.
